Core poses (gentle)
Cat–Cow (marjaryasana/bitilasana)
Gentle flexion and extension for back mobility, synchronized with breath.
Child's pose (balasana)
Restorative pose for relaxation, lengthening the lower back and hips.
Supine twist
Mild rotation to reduce tension in the lumbar spine.
Your teacher — Sanne
Sanne teaches gentle Hatha and relaxation classes with attention to posture, breath, and injury prevention. She guides modifications for back issues and beginners.
Practice tips for home
- Work in short blocks of 10–20 minutes.
- Use a rolled towel under knees or neck for extra support.
- Listen to pain signals — if you feel sharp pain, stop and adjust.
